This download will provide you with the tapping points and step-by-step instructions so you can begin to use EFT today!
aka “EFT” is refered to as ‘tapping‘ because you use your fingertips to tap on acupressure points for the healing of the body, mind and spirit.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) uses elements of Cognitive Therapy as well as Exposure Therapy and combines it with Acupressure to help reduce or remove the distress we carry within our bodies.
Healing can be painful as events and memories are often filled with overwhelming emotions that we do not want to revisit. With Emotional Freedom Freedom Technique our goal is for healing to be as painless as possible. Allowing you true freedom to heal so you may emerge from the shadows of the past.
Emotional Freedom Technique is useful for both emotional and physical struggles. Past trauma can contribute to todays physical pain, lack of motivation, stress, feelings of hoplessness and even limiting beleiefs. All which keep you from living life to the fullest.
Research has shows that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and events that trigger emotional distress. Allowing our bodies to rebalance itself and accelerate healing.

Every moment from our past dictates how we see and react to the world.
These moments lend to our limiting beliefs as well as feelings of anxiousness, sadness, fear, lack of motivation, self-worth, and even physical pain.
Our mind cannot tell the difference between an actual event, a memory, or a thought. Which means when we think about a stressful moment we have experienced or will be experiencing our body reacts as if we are facing that stressor in the here and now. The body then begins to release stress hormones like Cortisol and Adrenaline, causing feelings of anxiousness, panic, fear and overwhelm just to name a few.
Cognitive thinking is reduced when the body releases stress hormones. This is because 80% of our blood drains from our prefrontal cortex, making thinking, and even reacting to a situation with a level head almost impossible.
Our mind also cannot judge how big or little the stress is. The same about of stress hormones flood our system whether we are holding a letter we’re scared to open or we’re recalling an almost car accident we were once involved in. All stressful moments are treated the same.
The ‘tapping‘ element of EFT technique puts our bodies in a relaxed state by engaging our acupressure point. As we tap, we are telling our body that we are safe and it does not need to activate the fight, flight, or freeze response to protect us. Simply put, it tells our body it can remain calm.
When we use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) during times of stress we are giving our body a contrasting signal. It says, Yes, we are feeling the stress, but we are safe and can remain calm. If we use EFT during an actual moment of stress it allows our body to slow the production of stress hormones, our blood to flow back into our brain, and we are once again in control of our thoughts and emotions.
We simply couple tapping while recalling the memory and aspects of the events. Remember, by recalling a memory our mind believes it is happening in the present, so it activates our stress response. However, we don’t just talk about it, we ‘tap‘ on it and we continue tapping to remind our body that we are safe and can remain calm. Which allows us to release the emotions connected to the memory.
EFT allows us to release the emotion connected to a specific event, by telling our body it can remain calm as we recall the memory. Although EFT cannot remove the memory it allows it to be recalled without the emotion that once overwhelmed us. In short, we rewire the brain for calm instead of stress related to these memories.
